Returns for Regular-Priced Items

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on full-price items, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, labels, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.

  • Returns will not be accepted if any tags, labels, or accessories are missing, removed, or damaged.

  • Items showing signs of use, scratches, or mishandling will not qualify for return or exchange.


Sale / Discounted Items

  • All items purchased on sale, promotion, or discount (online or in-store) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Clearance items are considered final sale.
